Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
How To Return Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and will reply back within 48h.
2. Mail your returned item to: NaraCamicie, Bisazza Street, Sliema, Malta
3. Download and fill in the Withdrawal Form and include this form in the return package.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange for different size or colour. You will only be expected to pay the return shipping fees.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 11am.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Malta Post – Standard Registered Shipping
DHL, FedEx, UPS – On Request
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using standard mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping.
If for any reason you can’t find your country, please send us an email on email@example.com with your request. Please note that we can’t ship in certain countries.
